Orders that are delivered to your shipping address while no-one is home will be left at an Australian Post Office (usually your local one) or one specified on a card inside your letterbox.

Easy Returns & Exchanges
L&L wants all our girls to be completely and utterly in love with their purchase(s) 110%! So if for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you're welcome to send it back for a credit note to pick something else instead!Please note, L&L does not offer refunds for returned purchases.
Conditions on return
In order for us to provide you with a credit note on your return, it must meet the following conditions:1. Items must be received within 14 days of receiving the parcel for domestic and 21 days for international orders2. Be received in its original resell-able condition - unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached. Note: Our team will inspect the return before we issue out a credit note. L&L reserves the right to refuse the return if it does not meet these conditions and will be sent back to the sender. You will be notified via email if your item is not suitable for a return.3. Must be a full-priced item
How to return
1. Please email our team at email@example.com with the subject line Return Item. Email us your Order Number, Name and Date Purchased for us to find you in our system as quickly as possible along with detailed reason for return.
2. You will be sent an email confirming the return process.
3. Item must be sent back to L&L within 14 days of receiving the postage label.
4. Our team will inspect the garment and process either a refund, replacement or credit note.Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the titles: Return Item The cost of return shipping will be at the customer's expense and will not be refunded or added onto your credit note. Returned items not received or lost in transit will not be issued a credit note or replacement.

All our returns our processed within 3-5 business days by our friendly staff. Once our team has inspected the garment, they will then contact you via email to provide you with your credit note. Please note that the credit note can only be used on our online store, not in our retail stores. We do not offer exchanges.
The following items are non-returnable so please choose carefully. Credit will not be issued for the following:
